We've booked a bucking reindeer!!!!

We have just added up all our ticket sales and ... we only have 4 left!  Thank you all for the incredible response.  Those with reserved tickets ... its time to cough up please!

If you are hoping for a ticket please still contact us as some may become available and we are also going to 'squeeze' in a couple of extra tables. At the moment we haven't seated ourselves!

We need to say a big Thank You to David McGirr - see website link on our links page.  We had an hilarious time at his studios yesterday posing for photographs... watch this space!!!   He will be at the ball in December to take all your pictures. 

Our plans are going well and tickets are being printed this week.  Thank you to our volunteers so far, we appreciate the offers we have had and realise some of you need to take days off work to help.

Thank you also to Steve Fountain, he is our MC for the night.  He has very kindly volunteered to help.  You may have heard him on the radio as he has DJ'd on GWR and Classic FM.

If anyone would like some of our flyers/posters to distrubute/display please let us know and we'll get them over to you!

Its official ... we are computer geeks!  Our website is finally up and running.  There is still a bit to do to it and we will be adding to it frequently.

Thank you to those of you who have already reserved your  tickets ... now we need your cash!  Check out our on line shop ... you can buy your tickets there.  Alternatively see Clare & Laura with cheques made payable to 'Winter Wonderland Charity Ball' .... part with cash only at your own risk!!!!!! (Monsoon have got their new range in!)

We will use this blog to keep you all informed of how many tickets we have left, confirm the evenings activities and anything interesting occuring!

In the meantime if anyone knows anyone vaguley famous or important who may open our ball please let us know! We are also looking for a showoff to help us run the night, announce dinner, run the auction etc....
